hello there. near testicles means where exactly? does the area look blackish? if yes, then it might be a fungal infection. you need to keep the area clean and dry. apply ketoconazole powder during the day and ketoconazole cream in the night. take tablet. terbinafine 250 mg once a day for 15 days. revert back after completing the course. if its not, then consult a dermatologist and get examined. regards
