I had itching aroun anal from last 2 weeks but now from last some days it increases a lot and due to itching i have bad scratches near anal now i didn't sit properly I don't know what do i do i used lot creams they gave me relief but after again started even i have problem to put water on my back its give a burning feel I don't know how can i resolve this please healp me out. I attached the photo below please have a look on it.
