Itching vagina

My 1 year 10 month old daughter is itching upper vaginal area constantly throughout the day. We have given bandy plus syrup 10 ml for possible worm infection few days ago as suggested by a pediatrician earlier. We also did urine routine and microscopy which came completely normal, no bacteria or yeast cells were present. All absent and normal readings. We see some small dots kind of raised skin in both side of labia. If that could be cause of itching. Please suggest further course of action. It will be very helpful. Thank you.

Change the diaper frequently.if u keep same diaper for longer time,   dampness may cause  itching and that leads to redness and lesions.
Next Steps
apply T bact ointment thrice a day.
