Itching under foreskin of pennis head

I have observed reddish colour under my pennis fores skin and consulted the doctor, doctor suggested me to take ciprofloxacin antibiotics. Currently there is no reddish colour but sometimes it's etching and thin layer of white substantial are forming ,I would like to check either it's normal or need some more treatment .But I m not observing any pain or no reddish sign . Please suggest how to cure from this itching..
