My daughter is 33 months old .. 1. she has ring worm like skin rashes on both side arm pits.. it's been there since 2 months .. it started itching now.. 2. There is a skin discoloration on her chest . It was small before 2 months .. now seems to be  increased in size .. 3. Back side of her elbow has some rashes Please refer the images and suggest if I need to meet a doctor personally to get this all cleared or suggest me a topical medicine plz.. as we fear to meet doctors in person during this pandemic time.. plz help us.
