My boyfriend have very severe itching on inner thigh and rashes from around 2 years he has gone through many dermatologist but there is temporary cure but no permanent cure he treid all medicine plz suggest any therepy that cure permanent nowdays he can't wear underwear he feels uncomfortable without underwear.
