My son is under treatment for skin infection from mosquito's.medicine regularly time to time. At evening or night when he sleep. He is facing itching problems in hands aur in legs and he also itching his skin infected area.

Kindly meet a Dermatologist near you for diagnosis and treatment plans. Similar presentation can be seen in many skin diseases and can be diagnosed during a consultation. OTC anti-allergic medications may be useful till then.
