Hlw sir...m facing a severe itching problemon my penis...earlier 1 week der seems to be a small bump on it...i thought it would b due to heat...but about 3 days it got increased in numbers to 4 and its in red coloured on d tip too...it causes severe itching...especially at night...at clg and clss too i need to rub it coz of itching..plzz suggest some medicine sir..
