I have been facing itching & skin rashes problem on upper legs part above thigh since last six months. It was partially cured when i used a cream named Dexoderm NF. But from last 15 days its not working and the problem got increased. I have attach two picture of the infacted part. Please have a look at it and consult me as soon as possible.

It's fungal infection. Can be treated with oral and topical medicines. Don't use over the counter creams as they have steroid in them. Consult a dermatologist for proper treatment.
