Itching post recovery from chickenpox

I am 31 yrs old and just recovered from Chicken pox a week ago but i am facing itching problem on my right side under bust & back but not on the spots and it's driving me crazy as I end up scratching the whole night. I have never faced this issue before and I have been applying baby oil & nycil to avoid dryness. Kindly help. Thank you
