On breathing,there is itching in the throat ,and cough Feel tightness in the chest Please help an suggestions medicine

Hello....... This could  be upper respiratory or lower respiratory tract infection.. Chest  x ray,  throat swab culture is required..  If it's upper tract infection a course of antibiotics is sufficient, gargle with salt water twice daily.... Consult general physician in nearest hospital.
