I have too much itching on my testicles. And I got 4-5 pimples on it..which is very painful. Itching is like uncontrolled. Please help me. I am having this problem past 3-4 days. While waking pimple also get pain.

You might be having a condition called scabies with secondary infection. Visit dermatologist for proper evaluation and treatment. For time being take anti histamine tab for itching and paracetamol tab for pain.
