Itching on penis month

Since 2 weeks redness on penis head and itching on front skin. Daily i am cleaning with water and sometimes soap but at the end of day some white color skin type particles gathered around mouth area and penis seems always wet from mouth area. Nothing is coming out from inside but something happened on skin may ne some infection or fungus type. I had pictures i can share.
