Myself suffering with severe itching aroundmy gential area mostly on skin of penis and on balls. I noticed 3-4 days before that some bump structure is coming up. I couldn't able to resist the itching. It's making me uncomfortable at my work place. Please help me with that. I have provided a picture hope it will help to diagonise better.
