Itching of skin or Scabies / Eczema

I'm having itching ( scabies) for past few months. It has adversely affected the skin of stomach, lower back, legs, elbow, shoulders and genital areas. It has also been transmitted to 2 of my family members. Even after using all kind of antiseptic creams ( like 'Graphites', 'Clobeta Gm') and some medicines, its not getting away. Please suggest some remedies for it.
