Itching of body in Pregnancy

My wife is 28 weeks pregnant and having issue of polyhydramnios and taking following medications. Duvadilan R Decip 5 Hemtree H Ecosprin 75 Femzil 300 Calcirise Now she is having continues itching on face, legs and hands. Doctor given Atarax 25 mg but since its having side effects, i am confused. Request you to please advise weather she can take atarax in pregnancy.
