Whenever something cold or ice is touched on any part of the body it swells and itches. This problem has started only a few months back, earlier I had only itching but now after itching swelling also follows. Please help what problem I have and what should I do?

This is cold induced urticaria...but need to rule out Raynaud phenomenon too....meet dermatologist/rheumatologist
