Suffering from severe itching (especially night time) around neck, face, and both hands, for last 5 years without any permanent cure. As a result, I slowly developed pigmentation. Dr. confirmed it as Lichen Planus (LP) and adviced me to apply Tenovate on affected areas. Though it works well, after stopping the medicine I again develop itching. Dr. even suggested Tacroz, HH Sone, but same result. Please confirm if there is any cute for LP. Enclosed the photo of the pigmentation in my hand.
