I am a covid recovering patient...I am feeling itchy from last three days...itching is in whole body especially in stomach, legs and in crotch areas I don't see any rashes but at some places reddning is there probably because of my scratching. Should I take anti allergic medicins like allegra M ???is it allergy or something else. Kindly give clear cut answers and suggest any medicine if required
