Itching in Thigh area near to testicles

Hi, I take two times a bath. My thigh area near to my testicles looking like black and white spots. Am having itching issue over the thigh area and testicles area. Kindly propose what to be applied to avoid itching. Attached images for reference.

Likely it is sweat induced dermatitis or eczema. But we have to treat you will anti fungal agents too since they often co exist
