Ever since I've been going to the gym/working out, I am having an itching in my scalp. I need suggestions on bringing this itching down.

You may be having seborrheic dermatitis. I suggest you see a dermatologist who can examine your scalp in person. Meanwhile you can start using Scalpe plus lotion as a shampoo on your head and let me know if it helps.
