Itching in pubic area

I've this recurring itching problem near Groin/pubic area. It's not on private parts at all, just on the skin surrounding it. No boils etc visible in that area. Itching relieves for some time but later hurts due to repeated rashes from nails. Tried Btex, Boroline etc but only helps for the time being. Suggest permanent

Use mild soaps and use antifungal powder after bath,wear loose fitting cotton clothes . Take levocetrizine tabs at bedtime for 5 days.
