Whenever i undress my self before sleep i just feel itchiness in my groin areas very roughly... And i use whatever i have in my hand either it is coin or anything. Please help me i am in big trouble

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Is there any noticable rash or something near the groin area? Because it could be a fungal infection.  Kindly get it checked out by a dermatologist in person for further evaluation and management.  Proper diagnosis will lead to proper treatment. Best regards.
