I have itching in my anus last 15 days is it worrying symptom.i did mri and sigmiodscopy it shows normal is it can be symptom of anus cancer I m worried pls help me with it I shall thankful to all

Pin worm Tab zental 400 one to chew before breakfast with a glass of water. Tab mebex200 ,times a day after food for 3 days. Locally apply Xylocain/lidocaine gel+ betnovate cin2:1 ratio. Montek lc one at night.  Till required.
