My nipples have been itching on and off for years but yesterday I started having vaginal itching. I'm 19 and a virgin.

Vaginal itching can be because of fungal infection. Use lactacyd or intiwash for private part wash. Use cotton undergarments. Apply candid ointment. Keep hygiene at both areas.
