From past 1 month m getting itching for 15 mins or some time half an hour and it will stop If i have Allegra tablet it will stop for 2 days and next it will continue the, Please suggest me that what to do

Symptoms look like urticaria.  It caused by many factors like food,  drugs and infections etc. Needs complete work up so better to get consultation as we have to also rule out other causes of itching like scabies
