I am having itching sensations over legs nd hand esp over thighs and around knees since 3 weeks. It gets worse during night. I had chicken pox last month from which I recovered well but after then I am having this problem.

Hello, Increased itching on these sites at night indicates an infection called scabies. However for correct diagnosis & treatment please schedule an appointment with a dermatologist soon because if it is scabies then there is a risk of it spreading to other people who are in close contact.
