Hi I am getting itching during night times.. and the places it itches is like pimple or small rashes type...what could it be.

Hello,  from your history, it sounds like you have scabies. Good news it that it's treatable with a topical and oral medications. however , it's impossible to pin point a definite diagnosis without examining you in person, so, i suggest you see a Dermatologist soon.

see a Dermatologist to get rid of the problem permanently . you can take. tab. levocetirizine 5 mg once at night to alleviate itching till then.
