I am suffering with itching at nights with rashes which dissappears after sometime since last 1 week. I tried applying moisturiser but there is no use. One day its on the arms, the other day on neck, and on back. Currently I am not on any medication and there is no change in the food habits.

It's Urticarial rash.. no need to worry so much... It's allergic reaction to certain foodstuff/environment/clothes/worm infestation/infection  etc.. You need to identify the causative factor by keen observation in your daily routine.
Next Steps
Try taking antihistamines like tab Cetrizine 10 mg at night after dinner. If still no relief then consult a dermatologist.
