Itching and rashes due to medication

Hi mother is falling sick from past one year and is been diagnosed with Aids recently and started with Medication after her fever and cough are cured. Its been a day she is taking medicine TAVIN-EM 500mg along with Dolute gravin 50mg but she is having severe itching problem with rashes. What is the solution for this problem, will that be solved with time or do i need to change medicine please suggest
