Lots of itching and patches on my genetical area and upper thighs.. it's getting worse Day by day Applied itch guard and using dusting powder but not working Please suggest

Stop using itchguard.As a steroid it will worsen ur condition.u r suffering from fungal infection. No need to worry.specific treatment is available.it depends on severity of the disease .
