It most likely is a fissure or a Fistula... Need to see it. Before commenting.. Treatment is treating the cause... Some local treatment sos surgery..

Thanks for expecting Health n fittness with Ayurved, may be fissures with pruritis ani, demands Examination by AYURVEDIC Ksharsutra expert or surgeon, on n off stomach upset n hard stools lead such issues till then apply mix of camphor n coconut oil before n after seitzs bath in warm water, have warm buttermilk by adding thyme, cumin seeds, Resins soaked in water multiple times, hopefully it works for 3-5 days
