I have been having itching on my penis from a week and there are cuts on my penis and my foreskin I can not pull my foreskin back and when I do so it hurts me slot I do regularly wash it but when water gets in contact with the cut it burns alot . My forskin where it has a cut is now contracting n it's little swollen .
