Hi, I've itching on my penis tip since a week and from the past two days, I've observed some white coloured fluid coming out of my penis Also, there's a skin lump under the lower side of the penis foreskin Please suggest me measures to do

Visit a dermatologist and get yourself examined once.  Mostly with what you have said here u have and infection mostly due to poor hygiene.
