I was diagnosed with balinitis 2 months ago, since then itching in genetelia have been persistent. A sudden bump appeared on the scrotum and after that itching and bumps started appearing all over genetalia. The itching has spreaded to all over body with small red pimples. It's between fingers , in the abdomen , in hands everywhere. The itching becomes worse at night. In the prepuce the bump is C shaped as if there's a mite burrowing my skin and the same is at the glans tip. Went to doctor,he recommended skin scrapping and found fungus. Gave sebifin cream but it's not working. I think it's scabies. So can I try permithrin cream just for trial... don't know it might work.
