Hi, this is for my mom. She is in so much problem because of itching. When winter starts she starts itching all over her stomach and chest area. Please tell me medicine or anything asap. Thank you

Firstly is it just itching or does it rash after itching ? And for how long the itch lasts ?She can apply coconut oil after taking bath with lukewarm water .Further topicals need to be used and for that consult online
