He skid from bike, from now onwards he can't walk properly.. .. Mri report... Grade1 sprain in the medial collateral ligament. Complex tear in the posterior horn of the medial meniscus. Full thickness tear in the formal attachments in the anterior cruciate ligament. Buckling of the posterior cruciate ligament

Hello well it seems like you gave badly injured...you need to consult an orthopaedician...I guess for the complete tear you will need repair and restoration all to he managed by rest,physiotherapy... You will also have to do the exercises suggested by physiotherapy later...eat food well and take good rest Thank you
