I'm not talking about stretch marks I have suffered with blood infection I got pink pimples on my body I took treatment for it but the marks of the pimple didn't went out from my stomach

You may be having acneform eruption which is common over the trunk. But it is difficult to comment without seeing it. If possible send a picture of your problem
