I am not able to figure out the exact issue. I have piles but I feel there is some other issue as well. Inside anus region there is something hard and swollen area. As if some nerves have swollen up. I have had this issue for quite a long time. It has become difficult for me to sit and rest for a long time. I sometimes get shooting pain and the pain gets extended to vagina as well. Most of the time, I feel pain inside anus and hip line.
