Hi, This is Payal. I have a concern about my brother. He is 28 years old. Since childhood, his brain does not function properly. Recently we went for his MRI and found that his left and right brains don't work together. I want him to behave like a matured person. I want his mind to be more active. Can you please help me on this? Thanks!
