Is this thyroid cancer?

Thyroglobulin by lcms 0.2, t4 free 2.30, thyroglobulin antibody 4.5, tsh 0.078 does this mean I have cancer again? I have my thyroid out because of popularity thyroid cancer and it did spread to my lymph nodes but this said they got it all. I just got these results today.

Please let me know your biopsy report of operation, this thyroid function test says that u are taking thyroid hormone which is more in quantity.
