Hello, since 4 days I've been experiencing variety of symptoms including muscle aches, neck pain, moderate headaches, sore throat(today my vocals hurt and I can't speak, they feel swollen) pain in head when I cough hard, the symptoms were seemingly getting better in the last 2 days but today they kinda came back, I'm a smoker and I drink a lot of caffeine, which meds do I take?
