Doctors can you plz tell me is there any consolidation ,collapse, cavity present in the xray ?? Plz examine and suggest the right way ??

Specific medical terms - so the doctor u visited must have explained you in detail. Yes there is definitely infection. Only x ray is not sufficient for thorough understanding. Need more details- symptoms, drugs taken if any, sputum report etc.
