Crp is high so child may require antibiotics. However it depends after physical examination. In a child below 3 months, no oral antibiotics work. Need to give iv antibiotics as bioavailability is low (ie poor absorption) It may be lower respiratory tract infection. Child may have got it from a family member or due to Bottle feeding.
