I have noticed some finger like projections in my vaginal opening off late. I have attached a picture for reference. There is no burning or itching or bleeding, and urination is also normal. . What can this be? Please give genuine advice.

They seem to be originating from hymen. What symptoms did you have, I mean how did you notice them? Normal hymen can be there  with so many variations. Because you don't have any symptoms it is quite likely that it has been there for some time.
