There's a slight yellow tinge which is the usual sign of jaundice, but it is quite faint. Unless you have any other associated problems like fever, stomach ache, indigestion, loose stools, etc I wouldn't label it as jaundice.
As for the second part, where you describe burning sensation and uneasiness during use of screens as in front of bright light, it seems like you are having ocular dryness, probably due to increased screen time. This may in long run also lead to slight yellowish discoloration.

Limit your screen time to 1.30 to 2 hours a day, with intermittent breaks.
