I'm attaching an image of the external skin tag around my anus. I noticed it today but I'm having pain while pooping a burning sensation and pressure is always felt afterwards Suggest some topical ointment please

Cnt gv u a diagnosis with a picture… bt based on ur symptoms it looks like a skin tag with anal fissure. U can apply lox 2% jelly half an hr before passing stool nd afterwards also when u feel pain. Do sitz bath (take a tub full of Luke warm water nd put some betadine solution into it nd sit in the tub for 15-20 mins for twice a day. Take soft nd high fibre diet.
