Bilateral ovaries shown 10- 15 peripherally arranged follicles of 3- 6 mm diameter with central echogenic stroma. What this meaning,? Is there any problm ,? I consult a Dr ND said to me I have polycystic ovaries

PCO is common and if your cycles are regular no need to worry If your cycles are irregular then due to hormonal disturbances egg growth and ovulation not happening need to consult a specialist
