After medical abortion of 12 week fetus.i did d & c .after that I have my  4cycle of periods regularly 28 to 30 but my last 5 cycle irregular now my 6th cycle I missed my period. Pregnancy test also negative today 43 day my scan report is uterus 6.1 x 4.2 x 2.3 cm. Endometrium thickness 8.5 mm rt ovary 4.5x1.8 cm left ovary 4.1 x 2.6 but left ovary has 20mm of follicle . Minimal free fluid in pouch of Douglas. Now my dr. Follows the left ovary follicle for getting pregnant then inject hcg today.(but the same cycle 16 to 18th day I feel ovulation symptoms like cervical mucus also I do yoga and diet regularly)
