Is suction aspirarion necessary after taking unwanted 72. A doctor(gynaecologist) prescribed us unwanted and wants to perform suction aspiration tomorrow to clear any remains and to make sure there is no infection

It s needed if you have not completely aborted. To confirm if you are having incomplete abortion you need to get an ultrasound done and after that either further medications cn be given or you cn straight away go for suction and evacuation
